1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement (21+)

By accessing, browsing, or using the StrikingOdds website (the “Site” or “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

You represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). If you are under 21 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using the Site or clicking any outbound links to sportsbooks.

StrikingOdds provides sports data aggregation, editorial articles, combat sports analysis, and comparative odds matrices for entertainment and journalistic purposes. StrikingOdds:

• Does NOT accept, place, facilitate, or broker wagers or bets of any kind.
• Does NOT hold, process, transfer, or manage user deposits, balances, or withdrawals.
• Does NOT act as an agent, broker, bookmaker, or escrow service for any sportsbook.
• Does NOT guarantee payouts, account verification, or performance of any third-party sportsbook.

3. User Jurisdictional Responsibility & Legality of Wagering

Online sports betting laws vary widely by country, state, province, and local municipality. In some jurisdictions, online wagering is restricted, licensed under state monopolies, or prohibited by law.

Void where prohibited. It is the sole and absolute legal responsibility of each user to determine whether sports wagering is legal in their jurisdiction before placing any bet or registering with an operator. StrikingOdds does not target users in jurisdictions where online sports betting is unlawful. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding online gambling.

4. Third-Party & Offshore Sportsbooks Disclaimer

StrikingOdds displays data from both state-regulated domestic sportsbooks and internationally licensed offshore sportsbooks (including but not limited to BetOnline, Bovada, BetUS, 1xBet, and DraftKings).

StrikingOdds has no control over the licensing status, terms of service, solvency, payout speeds, identity verification requirements, or regulatory compliance of third-party sportsbooks. When you click an outbound link to a third-party sportsbook, you leave StrikingOdds and are subject entirely to the third party’s terms, rules, and privacy practices. StrikingOdds assumes no responsibility or liability for any transaction, loss, dispute, or non-payment between you and any third-party operator.

5. Real-Time Odds Latency & “As-Is” Warranty Disclaimer

Sports betting moneylines, spreads, and totals fluctuate rapidly. While StrikingOdds strives to aggregate timely data, odds feeds are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

StrikingOdds makes no warranty that: (a) odds feeds will be error-free, uninterrupted, or synchronized in real time; (b) historical data or statistics are completely accurate; or (c) lines displayed will be available when you visit the sportsbook. The odds, terms, and maximum wager limits displayed on the third-party sportsbook’s official betslip at the time of wager confirmation are the sole governing terms.

6. “Zero-Vig”, “Edge %”, & Mathematical Models (No Financial Advice)

StrikingOdds calculates theoretical “Zero-Vig” fair win probabilities and “Edge %” using mathematical formulas (such as the Shin devigging model and multiplicative margin normalization).

These figures are theoretical mathematical estimates for statistical modeling and entertainment analysis only. They do NOT constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional betting advice. Past performance, statistical models, and historical trends are no guarantee of future fight outcomes or wagering success. StrikingOdds does not guarantee that any bet placed based on our models will result in a profit.

7. Assumption of Risk & Gambling Losses

You expressly acknowledge and agree that all forms of sports wagering involve substantial financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you wager. You assume full, personal, and exclusive responsibility for any bets placed, losses sustained, or financial decisions made. You agree that StrikingOdds shall have no liability whatsoever for any gambling losses incurred by you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StrikingOdds, its operators, officers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable local, state, federal, or international law; or (d) any transactions, wagers, or disputes between you and any third-party sportsbook.

All original content, interface design, code, devigging logic, and algorithms on StrikingOdds are the intellectual property of StrikingOdds.

ONE Championship™, ONE Friday Fights™, ONE Fight Night™, Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, Rajadamnern Stadium, and all related promotion names, athlete names, and trademarks are the registered intellectual property of Group ONE Holdings Pte. Ltd. or their respective owners. Mention of these marks on StrikingOdds constitutes Nominative Fair Use under United States trademark law (15 U.S.C. § 1125), utilized solely to accurately identify the sporting competitions and competitors being reported upon. StrikingOdds is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by Group ONE Holdings or any sports organization.

11. FTC Commercial & Affiliate Disclosure

Pursuant to the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), StrikingOdds hereby discloses that we maintain commercial affiliate marketing agreements with sportsbooks featured on our platform. StrikingOdds may receive financial compensation (such as referral fees, cost-per-acquisition commissions, or revenue shares) when visitors click outbound referral links or register accounts with sportsbooks. This compensation does not influence our objective mathematical devigging calculations.

12. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it significantly affects your legal rights.

You and StrikingOdds agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Service shall be resolved through final, binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in a court of law.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND STRIKINGODDS AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

13. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
